Merchant Marine’s primary activity is to provide services to ship owners in the scope of Crew/Technical Management and all ship operations. Our seafarers are recruited by major international owners and managers across all types of vessels, particularly in Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Container Carriers, and Gas Carriers. We guide our seafarers towards internationally successful careers with the most reliable owners and encourage them to develop their abilities and knowledge while being a valuable team member in the maritime sector.

We carefully select all seafarers to meet the specific requirements of our clients, supporting and encouraging a safe and efficient ship operation. Their in-house training and pre-joining familiarization are conducted in our office premises as per the client’s needs and relevant rules.

It is our policy to operate all managed vessels in the safest, most efficient, and fully compliant manner to meet the requirements of ship owners, design, flag state and class, charterers, as well as the International Safety Management code. Our policy is continuous development and improvement.

As an independent, privately-owned provider of ship management, crewing, ship operation, and maritime consultancy services for third parties, Merchant Marine has acted as partners for ship owners for the past 20 years, managing vessels to the best of our abilities. Merchant Marine manages a fleet of Product Tankers, general cargo ships, a Pleasure vessel, and three chemical tankers. Our safety management system adheres to the highest standards and is certified by international authorities.
